Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Maddox Wolf (“Dealivery,” “we”) collects when you use Dealivery, and how it’s used. Short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and your order details stay on your device.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address and sign-in details, handled by Google Firebase Authentication. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from Google.
• Subscription info: your plan, trial and billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Referral info: if you arrive through a friend’s link, the referral code is saved with your subscription.

What stays on your device

The comparison runs in your browser. Your order amounts, memberships and the cards you tick are saved in your browser’s local storage so you don’t have to re-enter them, and they aren’t sent to our servers.

Location

If you tap “Near me,” your browser asks permission to share your approximate location. It’s sent directly from your browser to OpenStreetMap’s public Overpass service to find nearby restaurants. If you enter a ZIP code, it’s sent to the Zippopotam.us lookup service. We don’t receive or store your location.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page visits without cookies or tracking you across sites.

Service providers

We rely on Cloudflare (hosting), Google Firebase (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and OpenStreetMap/Overpass and Zippopotam.us (location lookups). They process data only to provide their services, under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

To run your account and subscription, unlock Pro features, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests, and send important service or billing notices. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can cancel anytime in Account, then Manage billing. To delete your account or get a copy of your data, email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete your information. We honor those requests.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in tokens are verified on every request, and promo codes and billing actions are only available to signed-in subscribers.

Children

Dealivery isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
