Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Maddox Wolf (“Dealivery,” “we,” “us”) for your use of the Dealivery website and app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What Dealivery does

Dealivery estimates what an order would cost on different food delivery apps and restaurant apps, and suggests promo codes, offers and perks that may lower the price. All totals are estimates. Fees, menu prices, taxes and offers are set by third parties, vary by location and time, and can change without notice. Always check the final price before you pay. Dealivery does not take orders, handle food, or process payments for food.

Dealivery is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub or any restaurant. Their names are used only to identify their services. All trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Third-party offers

Promo codes and deals come from public sources and are offered by third parties under their own terms. We try to keep them accurate and mark how confident we are in each one, but we can’t guarantee that any offer is available, valid for your account, or still running. We’re not responsible for third-party services, their terms, or their decision to honor an offer.

3. Accounts

You need an account to subscribe. Keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. One person per account; don’t share your account or resell access to the Service.

4. Subscription, free trial and billing

• Price: Dealivery Pro costs $9.99 per month (plus any applicable tax), billed in advance by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Free trial: New subscribers get a 7-day free trial (one per person). You must add a payment method to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you’ll be charged $9.99, then every month after that until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime: Go to Account, then Manage billing, then cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, email us and we’ll make it right where we reasonably can.
• Price changes: We’ll tell you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails we may retry it and may pause Pro features until it’s resolved.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t copy, scrape, resell or republish the deal database or promo codes from the paid Service, interfere with the Service, try to get around the paywall or security, or use the Service for anything illegal.

6. Our content

The Service, including its software, design and curated deal data, belongs to Dealivery. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes while your account is in good standing. Restaurant location data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and is available under the Open Database License.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise any specific savings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dealivery won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or savings. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Sections 5 through 10 survive termination.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll notify subscribers by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
